Summary
As a Clinical Nurse Manager at Samaritan Medical Center, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This leadership role is vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional healthcare services while fostering a compassionate environment for both patients and staff.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
- Previous experience within a Home Health Agency required.
- Knowledge of Nursing and Medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to home health care.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and payor regulations
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer systems, system applications and other office equipment.
- Current NYS RN license.
- Valid driver's license.
