Samaritan Healthcare is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst works with the Quality Department team to assist with data analytics and applies skills related to computer programming to help move the Quality Improvement Department in a forward thinking, innovative way as it relates to data management and reporting. This is a full-time, in-person or remote position, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Utilize available resources to pull reports and analyze data.
- Provide the organization with recommendations on how to streamline the extraction and reporting of data within and external to the organization.
- Help the organization develop and maintain software and tools for business intelligence.
- Participate with teams on an ad hoc basis when IT solutions are required.
- Work with the IT department to facilitate the implementation of new models.
- May be assigned as project lead on applicable improvement efforts.
- Become an organizational leader and understand quality metrics, the places those metrics are reported, how to access reports and understand the timeline for mandatory reporting.
- Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.
