We’re on the lookout for relationship-focused Certified Home Health Aide, interested in per diem work.

Job Summary:

A home health aide assists clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provides basic medical care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. They also perform light housekeeping tasks and offer companionship to support clients' emotional well-being. Additionally, HHAs monitor clients' health, report changes to family or medical personnel, and educate clients and their families on health maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

· Must be a Certified Home Health Aide in the state of California.

· One (1) year of applicable experience; home health experience preferred.

· Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, reliable transportation, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than two points within the last three years.

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personal and the general public.

· Be proficient in the use of computer software programs for internal and external communications and be capable of accurately documenting within the Electronic Health Record.

Job Type: Per diem

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 28 per week

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Must be a Certified Home Health Aide
• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Modesto-Turlock Area: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
