What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Aide position at Samaritan Medical Center?
Pay Range: $16.94 - $26.26
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
Qualifications:
- High school level of knowledge.
- Behavior Management training required within 6 months of hire.
- One year experience in either law enforcement, emergency medical services, or equivalent position utilizing Behavior Management preferred.
- Good organizational, prioritization and communication skills.
- Must be self motivated.
- Ability to intervene in potentially violent situations.
- Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact in a method that is appropriate for the age group to which the service is provided.
- BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months.
