Job Responsibilities
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms, communicating them to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, fill in patients' charts, and administer medication as prescribed.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards by inspecting facilities and reporting concerns.
- Provide emergency medical care and supervise nursing assistants.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and families.
- Expand knowledge and capabilities through educational workshops and conferences.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making you a team player.
- Responsible, compassionate, and organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Valid nursing license in the state of Wisconsin.
