Job Description

The Director Investment Banking Services is responsible for initiating, managing, administering and facilitating 

-       all corporate acquisitions of Samarium,

-       assisting as leader of IPO the listing Samarium common shares on a major stock exchange,

-       an IPO fund raise of at least 60 million USD

by utilizing their educational background and professional experience as well as their communication, time management, leadership, technical, business development, and people skills.

This role is key to the further development of the Company.

The Director Investment Banking is an individual who knows what she/he is doing and who has extensive hands-on experience in that role with a proven track record. 

The Director Consulting Services has at least 10 – 15 years of job experience in that role.

Supervisory Responsibilities

·       Assess and pass judgement on investors’ requirements.

·       Ability to supervise associates, senior associates and managers, as the situation dictates.

·       Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review comments.

·       Schedules and manages workload of associates, senior associates, and managers.

·       Provides verbal and written performance feedback to associates, senior associates and managers.

Education

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Outstanding people’s skills.Bachelor’s degree, required; major in Software, Computing, Finance, Economics, Business or Statistics, preferred.
• Master’s degree pr PhD in any IT or Software field preferred.

Experience and track record will trump academic qualifications. 

Experience

• Ten (10) or more years prior experience in the role required.
• Expertise in the small and medium sized business client service area, required.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferred.
• Experience working in public markets, required.

License/Certifications

• Possession of other professional degrees or certifications applicable to role, preferred.

Software

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, required 
• Experience cloud computing, preferred
• Experience with customized software solutions, preferred

• Spends time developing their network of key financial decision makers, referral sources, and recruits

• Supervises, develops and trains employees
• Acts as a Career Advisor; meets regularly with advisees, adding/updating goals as appropriate
• Delivers holistic feedback to others and advisees about their job performance and career growth; coaches others and advisees to help them develop their careers

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Compensation 

Range: $305,000 - $1,300,000 plus a 25% net profit participation plus incentives shares for the successful candidates, to be negotiated. Final salary depends on experience and track record. For the right candidate a financially very attractive package can be negotiated.

·       The Cal Shaloud network (“CSN”): the CSN is a quantum computing network that allows to teleport large quantities of data. CSN works without internet, traditional routers and without any of the traditional network infrastructure. CSN also allows to  retrieve data and qualities from any item without consent protocols. Vice versa CSN can also assign data to any items. The potential applications in e.g. accounting and logistics are limitless.
