Business Development Manager needed to support a fast-growing property management brokerage in Atlanta.
REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED
Position is remote with travel in the Greater Atlanta / Sandy Springs area as needed.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :
- New Client acquisition and driving door growth for property management and property sales
- Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures using company-designated software platforms
- Developing marketing strategies and leveraging existing marketing tools and CRM
- Assist in facilitating the onboarding process of new clients / properties.
- Involvement in local networking organizations
- Making cold and warm calls as needed to generate new clientele
Guaranteed base pay with at least minimum weekly wages, moderate expense reimbursements, and unlimited performance bonuses.
Paid vacation days and sick days. Full time position but will be 1099 Contract.
