Job Title: Travel CT Technologist
Location: Normal, Illinois
Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, nights (8 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms for patient examinations.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to obtain clear, usable images.
- Position patients and equipment, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
- Insert commands and data into the computer to document scan sequences and monitor video displays.
- Monitor patients during examinations, ensuring safety and following radiation exposure prevention procedures.
- Produce diagnostic images, report important information to Physicians, and update patient records.
- Organize daily procedure schedules, monitor radiographic supplies, and perform administrative tasks.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment.
