Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, family-centered patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality nursing services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Implement and maintain established departmental and unit-specific policies/procedures
- Collaborate with other personnel to maintain good employee relations and optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an RN in the state where the facility is located
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PICU setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
