We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants, to maintain a productive work environment.
- Implement and manage office systems to optimize efficiency in scheduling, billing, and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards, to protect patient information.
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure that all clinical procedures are performed according to established protocols.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management for dental supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency within the clinic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare management or medical office management, preferably in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and managed care systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and staff.
- Familiarity with dental software systems for scheduling and patient records is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.60 - $30.00 per hour
