Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests and customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain a high level of organization in the front office, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Utilize office software, perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, calendar management, and billing.
- Provide personal assistant services to guests and customers, including booking appointments.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining records and files.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer support, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve office management goals, including coordinating events and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
- Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, and ensure all messages are accurately recorded and forwarded to the appropriate party.
Experience:
Applicants should have experience working in an office setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience as a clerk or front desk receptionist is also beneficial.
