We specialize in delivering top tier, expedited repairs for minor automotive damage, including dents, paint damage, alloy wheels, and interior leather and plastic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional experience for our customers
• Greet and assist persons who enter the office
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Generate estimates with CCC1, sell and schedule the job
• Coordinate pick-ups/drop offs with auto dealerships
• Receive payment from retail customers
• Pick up/return vehicles to auto dealerships
• Shuttle customers
• Check in scheduled customers and vehicles to be repaired
• Create invoices using Quickbooks
• Schedule appointments for retail and auto dealership customers
• Maintain the appearance of the front office and bathroom areas
• Communicate with the technicians concerning jobs that were sold
• Assist with various ordering and clerical duties as needed
• Quality control on completed repairs

Qualifications:

• GED, High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent driving record and driving skills
• Over 18 and at least two to three years of prior work experience
• At least 2-3 years automotive estimating or customer service preferable

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
