We are seeking a talented Sr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This designer will contribute to the visual storytelling of our brand and focus primarily on Business Development materials and collateral.

Position Overview : The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing compelling visual content that reflects Samet's brand values and enhances the impact of our marketing and communication initiatives. This role requires a seasoned designer with a keen eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to execute projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the Creative Team, Business Development / Sales Team, the SVP of BD Marketing, and will be guided by the Creative Director to develop and maintain consistent visual standards that align with the company’s goals. Regular brainstorming sessions, feedback exchanges, and project reviews with the Creative Director will ensure high-quality visual output and drive the continuous evolution of Samet’s brand impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design high-quality, business development graphics for a variety of mediums, including all forms of print and digital that communicate ideas effectively through sketches, mock-ups, and presentations to stakeholders. Help the development and execution of visual concepts for major marketing campaigns, proposals, presentations, and events.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team, and business development to align design with strategic goals. Help create sales strategy through visual materials and refine templates for team use.
• Mentor and provide feedback to other designers and Pursuits team members, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design techniques to keep Samet’s brand ahead of the curve.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
• Communicate ideas effectively through sketches, mock-ups, and presentations to stakeholders.
