Overview
We are seeking an efficient HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department. This role requires strong technical proficiency and exceptional communication skills to maintain the operational effectiveness of HR functions while providing outstanding administrative support to the team and organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer HR information systems and databases, performing regular audits and updates
- Create and maintain organizational charts and process flows using Lucid Chart to visualize HR workflows and reporting structures
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for tracking metrics, generating reports, and analyzing HR data
- Draft clear, concise, and professional communications including emails, policies, and procedure documents
- Daily administrative tasks and projects to support the Director of Associate Services and team
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of data entry experience (experience in HR is preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with Lucid Chart for creating organizational charts and process flows
- Demonstrated computer savvy with ability to quickly learn and master new software applications
- Excellent writing skills with experience drafting professional business communications
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft products
- Experience with data entry
