Utilizes clinical knowledge and system improvement skills to support SHP Behavioral Health services. Supports contract compliance, OAR’s, and system transformation. Focuses on supporting system improvements, both internally and externally with stakeholders. Seeks system coordination with the focus on whole person health integration. Utilizes knowledge of Medicaid, continuum of care, knowledge of state and CCO regulations and gap identification for constructive support and change. Supports the oversight and monitoring of treatment-based services.
- This is a hybrid position that would consist of remote and onsite work in Corvallis, OR.

- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon licensure in one (1) of the following required :
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Five (5) years behavioral health experience required.
- Three (3) years Health Plans and / or leadership experience required.
- Experience in data analysis, program / project management, utilization review / management, case management, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance preferred.

Master's degree in Mental Health, Social Work, Clinical Psychology or a closely related field required.
