Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, clinical, financial and technological risks. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities include full range of activities from leading small to large scale projects to assisting other project managers on complex interdepartmental projects related to organization operational business functions that affect team members and providers at the industry level.

- EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Four (4) years business analysis and / or business systems analysis project coordination related experience required. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years experience.
- Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business required.
- Advanced experience and / or training in SQL and Microsoft Excel required.
- KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
