Supports senior management in improvement initiatives, elevating the understanding of opportunities for improvement and supporting the analyses needed to make effective decisions.

- Three (3) years direct experience in a data and reporting-intensive position with demonstrated results in developing and distributing benchmark data, reports, dashboards and other key indicators required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience utilizing Vizient preferred.
- Black Belt Certification preferred.

The system Quality Outcomes and Reporting team provides analysis of quality data, handles quality reporting and oversees CMS quality incentive programs for the system. The team works to prepare standard and ad hoc reports, supports regulatory reporting, interprets data, and presents key trends and important findings enabling site and department leadership to turn them into actionable insights and improve our patient’s outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, finance, MIS, or a directly related field required. MBA or MPH preferred.
Understanding of financial analysis.
Proficiency in Excel and Access.
