Directs the SHS Supply Chain service delivery and continuous quality improvement (CQI) related to : Capital Procurement, non-labor contracts for services, GPO contract optimization, value analysis and standardization initiatives, transactional buying accuracy and monitoring, vendor management, recall oversight and monitoring, overall procurement service and CQI and HRO program development, standard work for buyers and medical staff / supply chain communication and collaboration.

- Seven (7) years experience in a progressive management position required.
- Seven (7) years experience in supply chain procurement required.
- Experience or training in "action based" leadership with proven results required.
- Experience or training in computer applications required.
- Healthcare operational supply chain leadership preferred.
