We are seeking a skilled and proactive EUC Device Manager to inspire and guide our dynamic IT team responsible for end-user computing devices. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on role in leading the team to deliver exceptional hardware support, device lifecycle management, and endpoint performance. This role focuses on fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the team’s success in optimizing hardware integration, efficiency, and customer experience.

What You'll Do In This Role

  • Inspire and Empower the Team : Lead the EUC device team by providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and supporting individual growth through coaching and skill development.
  • Team Coordination : Facilitate open communication within the team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities, while championing innovative problem-solving and knowledge-sharing.
  • Device Lifecycle Leadership : Coordinate the team’s efforts in managing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Policy and Procedure Development : Collaboratively develop and refine policies and processes for asset management, inventory tracking, and device compliance.
  • Technical Oversight : Guide the team in maintaining endpoint devices to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Tool and Technology Enablement : Support the adoption and effective use of tools for device monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting, empowering the team to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement : Lead efforts to evaluate device performance and identify opportunities for enhancement, implementing upgrades where necessary.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with IT colleagues and cross-functional teams to align on infrastructure and application initiatives that impact end-user computing.
  • Vendor Relationships : Work with hardware vendors and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service agreements support organizational needs while providing opportunities for team input.
  • Industry Awareness : Encourage the team to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Skill Development and Growth : Facilitate opportunities for team members to acquire new skills and certifications, ensuring they are well-equipped to support evolving technologies and organizational demands.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with technology as a core component or equivalent work experiences Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' applicable experience leading and / or directing a representative IT planning, application development, support and / or infrastructure organization Preferred
  • Demonstrated consistent leadership effectiveness in technology planning, operations, implementation delivery and development
  • Strong experience managing Windows PC and Mac laptops / desktops in an enterprise Active Directory domain environment.
  • Expertise in system deployment, imaging, patching automation, and leveraging platforms such as SCCM, OSD, JAMF, or Intune.
  • A passion for developing team capabilities and creating a collaborative, supportive work environment.
  • Proven ability to align team efforts with organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer-focused results.

  • Salary Range Information

    USD $89,598.00 - USD $186,662.00 / Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
