Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategies that promote our company's brand, products, and services. This position will play a key role in enhancing digital presence, improving lead generation, and driving online engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools, providing insights and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.
- Manage content creation for social media to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the commercial/sales teams to create engaging and informative visual and written content.
- Manage and update the company website using content management systems (CMS) to improve user experience.
- Track and report KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Website Management, Communications, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of web content management and analytics platforms.
- 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Graphic Design.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
