What are the responsibilities and job description for the Condo Maintenance position at Samoset Resort?
SUMMARY: Maintains and performs repairs to HVAC units, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, carpentry and general maintenance to physical structures of hotel and buildings located on the premises by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains building, performing routine maintenance activities and special projects.
Notifies supervisor concerning need for minor and/or major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment.
Performs and/or assists with building framework, partitions, floors, trim; and installation of windows, shelves, etc.
Performs and/or assists with all functions of painting procedures.
Assists other departments with miscellaneous functions as deemed necessary or instructed by supervisor.
Perform water quality and equipment maintenance on pools and spas.
Respond to alarms and/or emergency situations to prevent bodily harm or property damage.
Job Type: Full-time
