Adult Beverage Sampler

Position Overview: As an Adult Beverage Demonstrator, you will be responsible for showcasing and promoting products to customers in a retail environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of products, and encouraging them to make purchases. The primary focus is to create a positive shopping experience and increase product awareness while driving sales for the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstration:
• Set up and organize product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers, ensuring they understand how the product can meet their needs.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Customer Engagement:
• Actively engage with customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and encouraging them to try the product.
• Promote product promotions, discounts, or special offers to increase customer interest and sales.
• Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales Support:
• Drive product sales by persuading customers to make purchases based on product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the store or brand.
• Monitor customer feedback and pass along useful insights to store management or the product brand team.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensure that product displays are consistently replenished and organized throughout the demonstration period.
• Track product sales and inventory levels to communicate with management about any shortages or issues.
• Report any damaged or defective products immediately.
• Brand Representation:
• Represent the brand or company in a professional manner, maintaining a positive image in front of customers.
• Follow company guidelines and policies related to in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized demonstration area.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Complete any necessary reports or documentation related to the demonstration, including sales performance and customer feedback.
• Provide valuable insights and suggestions to improve the demonstration process and product promotion strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Comfortable speaking to and engaging with customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Experience in retail, promotions, or product demonstrations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on the store's schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• The position requires working in a retail store setting, where you will stand for extended periods and interact with customers.
• You may need to set up displays, demonstrate products, and move around the store floor.
