DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This position is in the tax listing department with direct public contact assisting customers with the listing of mobile homes and boats. Excellent customer service is inherent to the position to assist the public with registered vehicle questions, process refunds, and assist with elderly/disabled and disabled veteran applications. Strong data entry skills are a must.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Position requires a high school diploma, experience working in an office setting, strong computer skills and a valid NC driver's license. An earned associate degree and bilingual skills are preferred.
