Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Support the sales team by presenting to new and existing clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet client needs. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on company products, services, promotions, and policies. What We’re Looking For : Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Docs. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Bilingual / multilingual skills are a plus.
