Job Description
The Crew Member role at Sams Xpress Car Wash is an entry-level, fast-paced position that requires a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and maintain our facilities in the finest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Direct guests to the entrance of the wash station and guide automobiles onto the conveyor of the automatic mechanism.
- Clean the front and rear of vehicles using a brush and detergent.
- Activate the wash mechanism and observe its operation to detect any issues related to safety and service.
- Assist guests with pay stations and products/services.
- Greet and communicate with guests after their wash is complete.
- Evaluate vehicle cleanliness.
- Participate in opening and closing operations, including cleaning duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the location management team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
