What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Center Representative position at Sams Xpress Car Wash?
The Support Center Representative is a collaboration between our locations and customers. We provide product and service information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure quality service standards that maintain customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain and update various documents/emails, with accuracy, that adds to the continued satisfaction of escalated customer situations.
- Provide detailed communication to necessary parties within the organization when prompted.
- Provide ongoing feedback on current processes within our Support Center.
- Any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
Qualifications

- Proficient in written, verbal and computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent customer service, communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The Corporate Support Center hours are from 7 AM to 9 PM typical office conditions.
- Current hours of Operation are 7 days a week, 7:30 AM to 9 PM, 364 days a year.
