Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Isolate Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, and industrial maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, ensuring optimal performance with a strong attention to detail. The Technician will work in various environments, provide team-wide support and collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues. Isolate Technicians are expected to operate equipment based on standard procedures, manage workflows, work independently, and focus on product volume and quality. We are a rapidly growing company seeking more people to grow with us as the largest hemp extractor in America.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, cleaning, and repair of all assigned systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret data to understand system outputs and operational functions.
- Ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Provide exceptional product quality by addressing and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of actions performed, products used, and product output.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for general plant duties as assigned, inside and outside of the facility.
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, and industrial equipment maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide outstanding product delivery.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift.
- A background in forklift operation is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
