Job Description: Maintenance
Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: TBD
Reports To: Facilities Manager
The Janitor’s responsibilities include but not limited to the cleaning of the building and other duties as needed.
Duties to include but not limited to:
· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
· Service, clean & supply restrooms
· Clean cafeteria
· Restock cups in 2 water bubblers
· Gather and empty trash and cardboard
· Clean windows and glass partitions
· Dust furniture where applicable
· Operation of floor cleaning machine on manufacturing floor.
o Cleaning of machine after each usage
· Use of forklift with incoming deliveries
· Gathering of metal chips from MFG floor & forklift usage at time of vendor pick up.
· Assist with mowing, plowing and shoveling facility grounds
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of cleaning products and product safety usage
· Forklift knowledge
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
· Team Player
· Shows interest and initiative
· Willingness to continuously learn and be open to feedback to improve individual performance
· Availability to work overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
