Title: Custom Upholstery Order Coordinator
Basic Function:
Review acknowledged purchase orders for notes of delays. Monitor custom upholstery backlog for orders outside set lead times. Communicate with custom upholstery factory to determine delay time frame and expected production completion date. Communicate with customer service representatives to advise delayed orders.
Accountabilities:
- Review purchase order acknowledgments daily for any delay in production.
- Communicate delays to CSR
- Review custom upholstery open order report daily for orders scheduled outside current lead time
- Communicate with the custom upholstery factory to determine why orders are not shipping within published lead times.
- Advise CSR of any delay and communicate recommendations for resolution
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks to their successful conclusion.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills.
- Analyzing and problem-solving abilities to bring successful resolution to outstanding issues.
- Ability to work as part of a team but be self-motivated enough to work independently.
- Two to four years’ Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Ability to complete daily production demand without sacrificing quality.
- Oracle experience helpful.
