Founding Engineering Leader

Samson Rose is exclusively engaged with a consumer-focused AI-powered Robotics startup to help find their Founding Engineering Leader. This is the most critical role they will ever hire, so we are tasked with finding the best person possible.

This person will lead the development of ambitious voice agents that bring characters to life while helping people live better lives. The company is tackling complex problems in voice, text, and embodied AI. You will build and iterate the consciousness and controller (back end) and the chat user interface (front end). You will also build a team of talented engineers to scale the product to serve more customers and use cases.
