Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer with expertise in Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions to organizations across the US, ensuring they comply with federal and state safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive IIPP, SWPPP, and OSHA training to employees and management.
- Develop and customize training materials to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Provide guidance on safety compliance, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Conduct training sessions both virtually and in person (if applicable).
- Stay current with OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Assess participants' understanding and provide necessary follow-up support.
- Offer expert advice on implementing safety programs and improving workplace safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in IIPP, SWPPP, and OSHA safety training.
- OSHA certifications or equivalent safety qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Experience in delivering training both in-person and remotely.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and adapt training materials for different industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA Trainer Certification (30-hour or 500/501).
- IIPP and SWPPP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or environmental sectors.
