Roles and Responsibilities :
Work in the Manufacturing Operations Department to analyze data, identifies issues, and provide solutions to closure as needed by the team and business. Make programmatic decisions regarding the business and personnel within the department to create effective change to improve the overall bottom-line. Utilize critical thinking and decision making to recognize, record, and scale third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event through his experience with manufacturing sciences including Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, and Flow Optimization, among others. Coordinate and communicate technical information to and from all levels of the organization. Problem solving and countermeasure implementation within the Manufacturing Operations Department. Analyze and interpret data from engineers within the department using Visual Basic, Oracle, Secs, PL / SQL, and SQL, among others. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications :
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and 36 months in the Job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following :
- SOP management;
- Software improvement suggestions to increase efficiency;
- Process Optimization;
- Root Cause Analysis;
- Bottleneck management;
- Strategic Planning;
- People management;
- Process Improvement (Continuous improvement) using 5S;
- Six Sigma (DMAIC); and
- Lean Principles.
