Role & Responsibilities
As a Samsung Account Manager for a leading carrier in the US, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your designated channels within the carrier account. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting relationship with channel leaders, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that Samsung delivers tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success.
Position Objective]
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners, to Develop new business and identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
Serves as primary point of contact between account team and centralized Samsung field sales team to ensure alignment on field messaging and priorities as well as allocation of resources.
Facilitates sales program operational support to include drafting term sheets, validating proof of performance using internal systems, and remitting invoices between AP and customers.
Coordinates plans and drafts communication for external distribution. Communications can include cross-functional updates on training, marketing and offers.
Actively tracks sales performance and future forecasts and can summarize changes on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $[110,000] and $[145,000].Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
Regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
