Role And Responsibilities
The MX Services (Samsung Wallet and Health) team has set a high growth target for the next 24 months, and it is vital to understand consumer behaviors through data analysis of services. The intern will retrieve data from various sources and analyze information to provide strategic direction to the MX Services team to achieve the high growth target by 2026. The intern will establish standard reporting to create synergies and consistency for all internal and external service partners. Through superior data analytics skills, the intern will provide insightful suggestions to management across all services. The intern will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, both in the United States and Korea.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Consolidate services data from various sources to produce useful and actionable reports by turning data into insights, and communicate information to audiences within the organization
- Become the in-house expert on metrics and benchmarks for all services
- Simplify complex data into easy-to-comprehend analysis
- Identify and communicate anomalies in performance along with proposed solutions
- Create complex Excel models and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate service performance reporting and analysis
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports
- Develop reporting tools, including dashboards and visualizations, to explain services and business insights
- Blend customer behavioral data to extract trends and responses at a customer cohort level
Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications
- Academic Major Preferred (Undergrad and Masters) Data analytics/science, Business core who experiences data analytics.
- Previously worked on any project related to multi-dimensional data sets
- Data tool experience preferred (i.e., Tableau)
- Proficiency with Excel
