The salary range for this role is expected to be between $225,000 and $245,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.

Role And Responsibilities
- Drive Top-Line and Market Share growth for Samsung Home Entertainment products (TV, Soundbar, and Memory) by developing and executing sales strategies that drive consumer traffic and conversion at Amazon.
- Represent Amazon's Home Entertainment business within Samsung Electronics of America and Samsung Consumer Electronics (Korea).
- Instill and exemplify a culture of accountability, empowerment, and performance-based management; hold oneself, direct, and indirect reports accountable to sales results and management plan.
- Oversee critical Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process with Amazon to ensure 95% Sell-in and Sell-out forecast accuracy.
- Manage Samsung products' life-cycle at Amazon, from product launch, acceleration, promotion, to replacement.
- Manage key strategic relationships with Amazon Merchandising, Operations, and Advertising leaders. Own key engagements such as annual Product Showcase (e.g., Consumer Electronics Show), Quarterly Business Reviews, and monthly/weekly account touch base.
- Develop and oversee internal analytics that enable an in-depth understanding of consumer dynamics, including Sales, Glance Views, Conversion, Market Share, Profitability and Inventory Coverage.
- Oversee annual sales planning (internal) and Amazon's Annual Vendor Negotiation for respective categories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop successful Merchandising and Paid Media campaigns.
- Lead High-Velocity Event planning (e.g., Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday, etc.) including executive reviews, in-day performance, reporting, and post-mortem.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in sales leadership within a related industry (Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods, etc.)
- Experience leading national retail sales teams, preferably Amazon
- Experience managing high-performance sales teams (this role will lead a team of 4 to 6 members)
- 15% travel required (up to twice per quarter travel to HQ in New Jersey on average)
- Demonstrated skills as a change agent, leader, and performance coach to develop talent
- Strategic thinking and passion for achieving near & long-term success via a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong knowledge of consumer sales/marketing principles
- Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-departmental interdependencies
- High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization
- Strong business acumen, superior analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives to drive top/bottom-line growth
- Proven ability to successfully develop and own a customer relationship and strong track record of building collaborative internal/external relationships
- Excellent negotiator and influencer, leveraging business analytics & insights to achieve desired outcomes
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organization skills, able to manage timelines and objectives effectively
- Advanced presentation skills (including building effective presentation materials)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look-ups, etc.)
