Samsung Ads, the advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behavior and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences to consumers. We partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within our Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross device solution.

The Samsung Ad platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components : first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.

Role And Responsibilities

Be part of the growing Samsung Ads team! Samsung Ads is looking for an individual to take on a strategic leadership position dedicated to supporting the Samsung Customer Solutions org and drive direct impact towards revenue goals.

They will partner with Sales leadership to provide seamless end-to-end full support. Candidates should have prior experience on management, client strategic planning, while focused on excellent customer service, and driving campaign performance. They must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the advertising industry across digital & programmatic platforms. This person will be a player / coach role.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of PSMs responsible for the day-to-day service deliverables to advertisers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Samsung Ads platform and offerings to serve as the “go-to” resource and drive upsell opportunities.
• Work cross functionally with Product leveraging client feedback.
• Optimize and build infrastructure to scale the support team.
• Educate and guide new and existing clients on best practices, onboard new clients and proactively address areas where improvement is needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients helping them navigate Samsung’s Ads Manager platform, helping to define tailored advertising strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their key business objectives and providing support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant by deeply understanding client business objectives and helping clients make informed decisions to maximize ROI through optimization tips and strategic recommendations.
• Coach around upselling tactics and promote new product features to drive value for our clients.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Samsung Ads Manager advertising products and analytics tools.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $145,000 and $170,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
