To develop and execute consumer marketing activity to achieve financial, in-market, and brand health objectives for Samsung Televisions. This role is directly responsible for crafting and executing all aspects of marketing communications campaign development, partnership strategy, activations/experiential, and ensuring execution excellence across all comms channels. The position will also serve as a primary marketing liaison for the Media, Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Inter-Agency Teams to ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints
Strategy Development & Execution
Lead the development and execution of the consumer marketing strategy to achieve financial, in-market, and brand health objectives of Samsung Core (Neo QLED, QLED, OLED and Lifestyle (Frame, Terrace, Premiere, Sero, Serif) TVs.
Lead the development of brand/product campaigns, from brief to execution.
Perform day-to-day management of budgets and own the financial approval process.

Strategy Development & Execution
Lead the development and execution of the consumer marketing strategy to achieve financial, in-market, and brand health objectives of Samsung Core (Neo QLED, QLED, OLED and Lifestyle (Frame, Terrace, Premiere, Sero, Serif) TVs.
- Develop the marketing & creative strategy, communications framework, and messaging architecture for national campaigns
- Build integrated marketing programs to support strategic product launches and brand building initiatives to drive awareness, brand desire and preference
- Gain a deep understanding of the products, market opportunities and challenges, brand objectives, and financial objectives
- Work with the Consumer & Shopper Marketing Insights (CSMI) team to deliver a learning roadmap and turn piercing insights into action
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop programs that support product launches and on-going business needs
- Work with the Partnerships team to identify, negotiate, and nurture foundational marketing partnerships that drive the marketing objectives of the brand
- Gain alignment from all stakeholders including Executive Management, IM Management, Product Marketing
Lead the development of brand/product campaigns, from brief to execution.
- Initiate creative and IMC briefs that drive communications development & implementation across
- Oversee the creative development and production processes for major integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches and strategic initiatives
- Partner with direct, extended, cross-functional, and agency teams to execute communication plans across all communication channels
- Partner with the digital and channel marketing teams to drive best-in-class execution across all consumer and shopper touchpoints
- Localize assets developed by the global integrated marketing team for use in local campaigns and activations
Perform day-to-day management of budgets and own the financial approval process.
- Create and submit project proposals into bid management system
- Track approvals and suggest and approve vendors
- Actively manage portfolio budget, tracking all accruals and changes/updates. Prepare updates to finance and management
- Manage marketing assets, ensuring availability of critical assets to partner internal teams, agencies and retailers
- Provide on-going campaign recap/results and recommend optimizations to improve ROI
Minimum Qualifications
- 12 years of marketing/brand experience in major consumer tech, CPG, and marketing services organization
- A Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of marketing/brand experience in a major consumer tech, CPG, marketing services organization or an MBA and at least 6 years of job fit experience
- Experience in strategic planning and world-class marketing execution
- Experience distilling complex marketing strategies into clear, cogent briefs
- Nimbleness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding timelines
- Knowledge of how marketing activities impact a P&L and have financial discipline
- Sharp insight into advertising execution
- Digital savvy; good working knowledge of digital and social media
- Ability to manage and mentor direct reports, cross-functional teams, and external resources
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizations and manage through conflicting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Less than 5% Travel
