Samsung TV Plus is a growing destination for Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television (FAST) and Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD) experiences. Launched in 2018, Samsung TV Plus offers a diverse range of live channels and on-demand content, providing an engaging viewing experience for users across 2016-2024 model Samsung Smart TVs and recent Galaxy mobile devices. It continues to expand its offerings and user base, solidifying its place as a leader in the streaming space.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead consumer product lifecycle management, from conception to launch with continuous optimization.
- Define and maintain consumer product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive user behavior and market analysis to identify insights and opportunities. Translate those insights into actionable product requirements.
- Conduct A / B tests and user research to validate product hypothesis.
- Establish and track performance metrics for product success.
- Create and maintain product requirements documentation.
- Transform ambiguous challenges into well-structured, detailed action plans.
- Drive alignment across engineering, UX, marketing, legal, and business stakeholders in the US and South Korea.
- Present product plans and updates to senior leadership to get alignment.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Lead post-launch impact analysis efforts.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA, is expected to be between $140,000 ~ $175,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
