Travel Required :

Role Overview :
As a Manager, Applied Sales, you will be the cutting-edge of our sales strategy and execution. You will own the customer relationship, develop customized sales plans, present to industry professionals about Samsung Lennox HVAC capabilities and grow your network in the HVAC industry all while leveraging Samsung Lennox’s innovative technologies and competitive position in the market. Your technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and presentation abilities will support your customers to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share. You will also be the liaison between the customer and the company; navigating the organization to connect the right people, finding answers quickly, and resolving problems in a timely manner. This position will be responsible for Business-to-Business sales of HVAC products. Duties involve direct one-to-one communication with clients, answering questions concerning products, selling products to new and present clients, and contacting prospects and explaining features and merits of products offered by utilizing persuasive sales techniques. Coordinating company product support (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer's needs and increase sales. Will close transactions and take orders. Will estimate time and sales expenses expected and submit to management. Help provide product / service warranty claim information to ensure resolution within company policies. Analyze records of present and past sales, trends, and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to interpret accounts, trends, and records and report to management.
Role Responsibilities :
- Conduct face to-face meetings and trainings with current and potential customers to promote company products including building relationships
- Liaison between external customers and Samsung Lennox HVAC, communicating with departments to ensure concerns and problems are solved immediately and exceeding customer expectations
- Responsible for actively working with Sales Leaders on developing, maintaining, and adjusting sales plans, target accounts, key projects and Distributor planning including joint calls and assisting in planning, forecasting and reporting to Samsung Lennox HVAC Senior Sales Leaders
- Ensures that Samsung HVAC’s internal tracking systems are kept up to date
- Develop, implement, track, and report on regional sales growth plan based on programs, target account opportunities, project tracking and distribution planning
- Collect competitive price sheets on a continual basis to ensure we are well priced in the marketplace
