The Operations Data Clerk will be responsible for invoicing all outbound shipments, compiling data or documentation, entering information into databases or software programs, verifying accuracy of financial or transactional data, and maintaining operational records.

Role Overview
The Operations Data Clerk will be responsible for invoicing all outbound shipments, compiling data or documentation, entering information into databases or software programs, verifying accuracy of financial or transactional data, and maintaining operational records.
Key Role Focuses
- Manage and invoice all outbound shipments.
- Provide customers with invoice copies per their request.
- Monitor shipping reports to ensure orders are invoiced timely.
- Maintain filing for invoices.
- Enter all Operation invoices in Decisions for approval and payment.
- Works closely with Operation vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by Operations team.
- High School Diploma / or equivalent required
- Some previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Communicating effectively in writing is appropriate for the needs of the audience.
