he Web Platform Team is a group of Software Engineers researching and evolving the Web Platform and Web Standards. The team is comprised of passionate technologists who are exploring new and innovative ways to use the Web.

Position Responsibilities
- Create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute to the research activities of our team.
- Generate creative solutions (patents) and design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML based solutions for Samsung services.
- Present your solution to SRA by the end of your internship.
- Currently pursuing a Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Practical experience with web scraping and AI-Agent projects, preferably with a focus on natural language processing, accessibility and interaction on the web.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM is necessary for navigating and extracting data from web pages.
- Familiarity with web scraping frameworks like Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, or Selenium.
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus
- Experience with integrating large language models (LLM), finetuning on LLM/VLLM, self-hosting LLMs and on-device (edge) LLM is a plus
- ML model deployment and inferencing in Android OS
- Demonstrated market understanding of Web AI agents with Gemini 2.0, Anthropic Computer Use or OpenAI Operator
- First- or co-authored publications on AI-Agent at leading workshops or conferences
