OVERVIEW & IMPACT:
The People Ops Analyst partners with the business to provide the right data and insights to support business decisions and organizational goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create the tools to measure and automate the HR KPIs, trends, predictions in the form of a scorecard that inform the business and influence KPI enhancements.
- Support HR Management in developing relevant HR metrics to ensure continuous alignment of the design of HR programs with organizational objectives and track progress against the organization's
- Address ad hoc reporting and analytics requests, with an eye on addressing underlying business challenges
- Leverage tools, such as Tableau and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 1 year experience with statistics, Excel, Tableau and Alteryx
- The successful candidate will be curious and inquisitive, have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and is passionate about informing and influencing stakeholders with data and insights.
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED SKILLS
- R/Python, SQL
- Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, etc
- Experience with data management, specifically with building data systems and validating reports from disparate systems
