Guest Experience Specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and employees at the agency’s Welcome Desk . We are looking to fill opening (early mornings), closing (afternoon / evenings), & weekend shifts.
Responsibilities :
- Greet members and guests and provide them with information about the SJCC, membership, and our programs.
- Ensure proper security and safety procedures are followed.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Other duties as assigned.
