**Job Responsibilities**
- Mentor staff to become their best selves.
- Ensure a fun, safe, and positive experience for designated groups of campers.
- Actively participate in and supervise activities during J Camp, including pool time.
- Plan and lead camp activities that promote teamwork and skill-building.
- Support counselors in learning new skills, including behavior management and activity planning.
- Supervise campers during field trips and ensure their safety.
- Communicate effectively with the J Camp staff team.
- Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification for adults/infants/children.
- Experience working with children.
- Openness to learning and growth.
