Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Family Practice in Rocky Mount . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Primary Care for patients in an outpatient clinic setting. This position requires a strong foundation in Family Medicine, medical terminology, aseptic technique, and the ability to manage complex patient needs effectively. The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Document patient interactions accurately using ICD-10 coding for billing and record-keeping.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Uphold aseptic technique during all procedures to minimize infection risk.
- Mixed age patient panel.
- Outpatient only.
- No on-call!
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
