We are looking for a talented and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Memphis, TN! This role is full-time, offering a wonderful benefits package as well as relocation if needed.
Hours : 8am-5pm.
Full-Time.
Location : Memphis TN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and treat new and existing patients while focusing on wellness and preventive medicine to minimize health concerns
- Collaborate with Physicians and other medical personnel when needed.
- Help to form treatment plans and education information about specific conditions related to child growth and development
- Prescribe medication and order immunizations.
- Follow all clinical and employee protocols.
- Refer patients and patents for consultations when needed.
- Prescribes medications and other treatments.
- Complete all notes in patient’s EMR to indicate patient medical status and treatment procedures performed.
- Performs other duties that will aid in the quality care of the patient.
Experience, Certification, License and Skills :
134,000.00 per year.
