We are looking for someone with supervisor experience to join our team in Pueblo, CO, to fill a role as our Operations Supervisor! This position is full-time, offering a wonderful benefits package as well as competitive pay!
Job Summary :
Our Operations Supervisors assist the Operations Chief in supervising daily operations of all field staff. They monitor employee performance, identify safety issues, and address operational needs. This includes facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, equipment and supply maintenance, working in the field as needed, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Operations Chief.
Qualifications & License / Certification :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
