Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our growing Family Practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on preventive health measures and the management of chronic conditions. This role requires a strong foundation in Internal or Family Medicine and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Provide ongoing management of chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
- Order and interpret medical imaging and laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Mixed age patient panel.
- Average patient load of 8 per day.
- Outpatient only.
- On-call rotation once every 12 weeks.
