Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Patient Care : Conduct thorough examinations, gather medical histories, and provide treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses related to rheumatology.
- Diagnostic Testing & Interpretation : Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to support patient care decisions.
- Collaborative Treatment Plans : Develop personalized treatment plans and engage patients and their families in decision-making processes.
- Specialty Referrals : Initiate appropriate referrals to specialists when needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the practice management team, other physicians, and staff to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Billing & Compliance : Work with management to ensure proper compliance with billing and coding standards.
