We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Eugene, OR! This role is full-time offering competitive pay, as well as a wonderful benefits package!
Position Overview
Guided by goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun; the Regional Wellness Services Director oversees the operation of the Wellness Departments within multiple communities, including : maintaining regulatory compliance, high standards in resident care services, including Growth & Wellness Plans; supervision of electronic medical record system and reporting; assist with recruiting and onboarding new community Wellness Directors; fill in when Wellness Director positions are vacated; and assist with team member engagement and retention. This individual maintains a professional, supportive, and positive working relationship with each community and works collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The Regional Wellness Services Director will have director-level experience overseeing multiple communities with a proven track record of maintaining substantial compliance with State licensing agency. This individual must be highly motivated, proactive, a good communicator (both verbal and written), a good listener, a good collaborator, seeking personal growth, and possess strong leadership skills. This individual must be familiar with the role of the RN in Oregon.
- 5 years of direct experience overseeing multiple communities in senior living; specifically assisted living and memory care
- Ability to travel frequently and as needed to communities to conduct audits, training, and oversight
- Fill in as the community RN when a position becomes vacant
- Licensed and in good standing with the state of Oregon
- Background and experience auditing wellness systems and coaching teams to ensure compliance with wellness best practices
- Integrity in business, and the ability to inspire team members
- An admirable work ethic, a love of learning new things, and a desire to go above and beyond
